Our first win
Today we travelled to Nuncio Rd to take on KSP in the second round of the Roinn B football league.
KSP opened the scoring with a fine point, but the next three scores of the half came from our boys, a goal and point from the very impressive Eoin Dalton and a point from an Eoin O Neill free.KSP closed the half with another point to leave the half time score 1-2 to 0-2.
The high standard continued during the second half with both teams adding to the scoreline- KSP 1-3 while we scored 3-1. Eoin Dalton added 1-1, Stephen Dermody got a goal and Andrew Brennan Smyth put away a penalty near the end.
All players got to play today, and all played well. Our next match will be at the same venue next week, when we are away to Gaelscoil.
