Primary School Science Fair Project
Our Experiment Ms. O’Connor’s class did a raisin experiment with the 1st to 6th classes. Someone held a box of giant raisins and another person gave them out to all the students. The way it works is that we would give them a raisin, they could eat it straight away but if they waited for a number of minutes they could receive a second one. In groups using our laptops we designed and agreed on a template we could all use for the tally. One person did observation, they listened carefully to what the students said about the experiments. Someone else took a tally of who took a raisin and then who still had the raisin. We counted and timed the amount of minutes the children would have to wait. We also made pie charts and bar charts to show the results of experiment.
