Please ask your child for the letter and nomination sheet, (pink) which was sent home today. One copy per family was sent. The letter clearly outlines the procedure but if you have any questions give me a call. Nominations must be returned by Tuesday November 3rd. The Parents’ Association has left a box for returned sheets in the foyer. If more than one nomination is received in either category a ballot will be held and ballot papers sent out to you.
Silver Circle
Our Silver Circle cards will be sent out tomorrow (22/10/15) This is a week later than usual. We ask for your generous support for this fundraiser. This is our main school fundraiser of the year, followed by our Easter Raffle. The money raised is used for a variety of educational equipment, gymnastics, yoga, cycling course, books, P.E. equipment etc in the school and we could not provide such a wide range of activities without it.
A separate note explaining the running of the Silver Circle will issue to new families tomorrow with the cards.
A special thank you to Mr Hanrick and Ms Conroy for taking on the organisation of this fundraiser.
Charity Collection
Our Charity Collection this Friday will be for Sr Helen in The Philippines. This is one of our ongoing projects and is very deserving of our support.
